St. Xavier’s College was founded in 1988 by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits). Today it has been deemed as one of the nation’s finest higher education institute with an annual enrollment of over 3000 Plus Two, A- Level, undergraduate and graduate students from all 75 districts of Nepal.
St. Xavier’s college was first founded as a response to a call in 1988 to form men and women who are intellectually competent and socially responsible. This call is ever more relevant today as the country is going through a transitional phase, politically, economically and socially.
